I was able to purchase a nice collection of records from an estate. The previous owner cared about his records as their condition proves it. I will be listing multiple records so see my store for those if interested. Some of them look rather rare.
I am not a grader but will give you my best opinion on the condition.

The numbers on the LP say: JZ 36812
The LP is in near mint condition.
All sides of the sleeve are sealed with no folds or creases or even stains.
The album cover shows a little bit of wear to the edges and corners. Meaning there is some of the color coming off in a few spots. I am guessing from storage. There is also a couple of small indentations on it but nothing that sticks out and makes the appearance an eye sore.
I think this is pretty nice for being 35 years old.
