Description

Beautiful and as new 1982 promotional 45 of Ringo’s Private Property single from his Stop And Smell The Roses LP.


Vinyl is mirror like and appears unplayed with no scuffs or scratches or any other damage. Songs is Mono on side 1 and is Stereo on the other side 1. That’s right, both sides are marked as SIDE 1 !


Labels are both NM and are free of writing, marks, rips and tears.

Both labels have the print PROMOTIONAL COPY NOT FOR SALE.

As noted above, both labels are marked as Side 1.

Not sure if this is an error or if it was intentional.


Sleeve is the blue with white print BOARDWALK ENTERTAINMENT CO. Sleeve is NM- with a small 1” split at bottom center. Side edges have no splits. Record has been kept in a generic white sleeve to avoid any further splitting.
