Description
I have an exceptional classical keyboard recitals on vinyl personal collection, and am just starting to list them from here on. I will start with Bach and spread out from there. The still great Andras Schiff in these JS Bach complete Goldberg Variations & Four Duets, plus the Chromatic Fantasy & Fugue, on Uk Decca ED1 printed sleeve 2LP, but I think all the pressings by then were outsourced to Philips Holland as pressing quality went downhill in the Uk for a decade or so. Shiff's Bach playing still gets nominated in assessments of great accounts of his piano works, I noted this in Building a Library on BBC radio 3 last year. A nice rare example of a 1983 played once Mint New Old Stock essential recording at the same level of pricing as cheaper sets with big postage given that mine is free or subsidised to you.
