It has company promo/sample labels on each side with 3 sets of Japanese writing ??? Article Was Not For Sale to the Public, ??? Sample Pressing and ?? When On Sale.

Cover -- EX++ : The original heavy card cover. This has no splits, rips or seams coming undone. On the back there is a track listing and credits in English. On the front top right corner of the cover is an oval white sticker with black writing, which says that this is a??? Sample Pressing.

Obi Strip -- EX++ : The original obi strip, this has no rips, tears or seams coming undone. All information on here is in Japanese.

Insert -- 1 Insert : One original insert which is 1 page 2 sides long. This has a track listing in English and Japanese, the lyrics in English and some information and credits in Japanese. This has no creases, rips or tears.
