Description
I purchased this set in 1984 the day after it was released. I played the records onto cassettes so I could listen to the set on my Walkman. (Yes, I am that old!) Outside case has some scuffs but inner cases in excellent condition. I haven't had a turntable for 25 years and am moving so need to let someone else enjoy this incredible set. I looked at all of the LPs and see no scratches or fingerprints. The discs are in excellent condition. I tried to take a photo of the discs but you can't see much. I'm not going to risk damaging these great LPs for a photo that doesn't tell you anything.
A beautiful collector's item 18 LP-Box Set of The Complete Riverside Recordings (R-018) was issued as a limited edition of 5000 in 1984. The set covers 151 performances containing over 13 hours of music during 20 recording sessions from 1956-1963 with lots of previously unreleased recordings and includes a 32 page fully illustrated booklet.
