Description
No records that I sell will be less than VG, and most will be VG+ or better, at least for now. I've had these at least 30 years, so they're either first presses or early reissues. We will consider lower offers. Please contact us if interested. Since I'm not an LP grading expert, a collector anymore, and my hearing isn't what it used to be, I will accept any LP return that you think I missed the grade on. You are buying or bidding on a 1984 1st press stereo LP with Hype Sticker, Thompson Twins - Into The Gap on Arista Records AL8- 8200. Unlike many I've seen sold here, this is the 1st press with non-smiling band members in cover photo and the1st pressing also has the wrong track-listing on back cover (with NO side designations stated above wrong tracks). I did play test this and found it to be EX with some visible scuffs, but just good music. This has a Arista plastic sleeve with no seam splits. I'm not a collector so I don't really grade jackets, but I would say this cover is EX in shrink. (see pics). I give up on trying to get matrix pics. I try to match on Discogs as best as I can. If you want to know the matrix numbers better than my interpretation email me, I'll try to get decent pics.
This has short ultrasonic clean (if it's needed) and distilled water spin clean rinse. I will combine shipping.(see pics, they are the biggest part of description) You get what you see in the pics. EX+ (Near Mint):
Vinyl: Nearly flawless, with possible minor scuffs or hairlines only visible under strong light.
EX (Excellent):
Vinyl: Bright, with minor surface wear and hairlines, not affecting play.
VG+ (Very Good Plus):
Vinyl: Obvious wear, scuffs and hairlines, plays with some noise but no major sound issues. A little crackle or faint tick.
VG (Very Good):
Vinyl: Dull appearance with many hairlines and scuffs, somehow plays with persistent noise but no skips.
