Record -- Mint : This Vinyl shines like glass and looks un-played, it has beautiful clean white promo/sample labels with three sets of Japanese writing on each side, the first says ??? sample version, the second says ??? Article Was Not For Sale to the Public and the third says ?? When On Sale; it has no scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds absolutely wonderful when played.

Cover -- EX++ : The original heavy card cover. This has no rips, tears or seams coming undone, but has very light ring wear on the front top. On the rear on the top left side is a white rectangular sticker with black writing on indicating that this is a ??? sample article not for sale. On the back of the cover there is a track listing and the credits in English.

Obi Strip -- EX++ : The original obi strip; this has no rips, tears or seams coming undone. All information on here is in Japanese.

Insert -- 1 Insert : The original insert which is 1 page 2 sides long. This has a track listing in English and Japanese, the lyrics in English and some information in Japanese. This has no rips, tears, splits or creases, but has yellowed around the edges through age and humidity.
