From my own shelves, to spice up my listings.


In 2010 I listed one of these and kept the other copy, and it sold for $79. Here is that other copy that has sat on my shelf for all this time played once by me, and what I wrote back then:
1987 Bernstein & the NYPO in the Tchaikovsky 6th Symphony, from near the end of his life. German pressing Deutsche Grammofon 419 604 1 with Alle Urheber text in gold to the rims of the label, near the end of his life and well in to the CD era, with very few pressings made of the lp's as here by then. You know how sought after digital era Bernstein is. Includes the original glowing Times review, a revelatory performance that needs hearing.

 

I am the only person to have played this, and I have kept it perfectly near mint. It plays near mint.

When we post this to you, it will be housed in a hard card custom made new box.
