Description
I am currently selling a number of music related items from the estate of D.J. Sterling. Sterling played flute and harmonica and tried to make it in the music business during the 70s. In 1977 he was diagnosed with Bells Palsy, effectively ending his career. Through his brother (also a musician) he met and played on stage with Eric Burdon. This reel case is dated 5/20/88 and is annotated, "2 outtakes mixes 'House of the Rising Sun' + edit trims." The 10 1/2" reel is also annotated. The label is marked 15 IPS/2 track. The box edge (not pictured above) says, "Eric Burdon master side A." A RARE find!
