All of my items come from an adult collection in a child-free & smoke-free home.
All SEALED vinyl records will ship sealed unless requested otherwise. All OPEN vinyl records will ship with the LP outside the jacket (in a poly sleeve) to avoid seam splits, unless requested otherwise.

1989 is Taylor Swift's fifth studio album. It was released on October 27, 2014, and features 13 songs. The deluxe edition includes 3 bonus tracks and features an additional 3 voice memos of the beginning stages of the tracks "I Know Places", "I Wish You Would", and "Blank Space".
The lead single from the album, "Shake It Off", was released on August 18, 2014. The second single from the album, "Blank Space", was released on November 10, 2014. The third single off the album, "Style" (and its accompanying music video), was released on February 13, 2015. Four more singles have since spawned from the album, "Bad Blood", "Wildest Dreams", and "Out of the Woods" from the standard edition along with "New Romantics" from the deluxe edition, respectively. Swift named the album 1989 because, in addition to being the year in which she was born, the late '80s also influenced the music on her album.
This album won 3 Grammy Awards including Album of the Year at the 58th Grammy Awards on February 15, 2016.
The re-recorded version of the album, 1989 (Taylor's Version), will most likely be released in 2022. It was preceded by the release of the promotinal singles "Wildest Dreams (Taylor's Version)" and "This Love (Taylor's Version)".
- NOTES -Okay, so I’m no “audiophile expert” or anything. I just grew up with vinyl in the 80s and I’ve been collecting & enjoying records for more than 20 years. Okilly Dokilly? Here goes ~
- Dust is normal, even on brand new records because it’s in the inner sleeves.
- A little warping is also perfectly normal. The important thing is that it doesn’t skip or distort when being played.
- Adding to that, also make sure the tone arm on your turntable is properly balanced & your cartridge is adjusted. A little tedious, but it’ll save your stylus and records from damage so you can enjoy them forever-ish. YouTube is your friend when it comes to most things vinyl! - Before you go ham on crate digging, spend a few bucks & get yourself a nice carbon fiber brush, a Discwasher style record cleaning kit, a stylus cleaner, and some new inner sleeves. The brand Invest In Vinyl have some quality rice paper lined master sleeves that don’t break the bank. - Enjoy the music, savor the hunt, have fun and don’t let the snobs rattle your cage. You’ll find that some people in the community like to trash talk stereo components & other stuff….don’t let it get to ya. Get what you can afford that sounds good to you. ‘Cause what sounds good to my ears might not to yours. It’s subjective.
