1994 True US Blue Note Tina Brooks True Blue with Freddie Hubbard & Duke Jordan. This is from the highly regarded by those in the know US Capitol of era Blue Note Connoisseur Series, which I always understood to be fully analogue, and sound like they are, it is warm and immediate. Low plays VG+ record plays excellent, I am playing it now and it is nearly over, only issues to the sound are a few tics to side 1, and its true stereo. Lovely sound reproduction with a Line Contact Audio Technica through a high end system. This remains a scarce title in any pressing (excluding the french one is pointlessly pirated direct from a cd), they are all expensive. Given that the recent and out of print Poet issue has the same long cat. no. I wonder if it is the same mastering used straight. Our ethos is to offer you best sounding analogue only pressings of vintage records. Here is another beauty of that type. We offer massive postage subsidies to overseas buyers on multiple purchases. i.e £1 extra per lp to a maximum of £15, then no extra charge. We pack carefully in custom made hard card boxes. If the appearance or playgrade suggests it requires it, our records are cleaned on a wash and vac machine, using art du son fluid in distilled water. This is already in a new heavy poly outer with antistatic inners added with outer sleeve and records all layered behind each other to prevent splits.
