Solid VG+ Vinyl and sound great. I've played it a bit but never abused it. Kept it in a poly-line inner sleeve as soon as I opened it years ago. Very nice copy!!!
This originally came with a slip mat that I removed immediatly and used it on my turntable at the time. The slipmat is long gone. In retrospect, it's a good thing I didn't keep it stored in the cover. Others have had the mats "bleed" through the inner sleeve and ruin the vinyl. This one does not have that issue since I took the mat out right away.
*** This also occurred with the 1999 US Press of Battle of Los Angeles". I wasn't so lucky with my copy of that one and the mat DID ruin it.
Cover is VG. Lots of storage wear. No splits but has some foxing on the upper and lower seam. Some corner wear and fading over time. Also has what I believe is ink stains on the back cover (see photo). Additionally, it has a corner cut on the upper LH corner (common for LPs purchased from discount bins, which this was one of). Was sealed when I purchased except for the corner cut section.
