Up for sale is Radiohead's In Rainbows, this is the rare now out of print special limited edition. I am the first owner and it comes with everything

2 CDs
2 record set (superior sounding 45 rpm edition only in the box)
Large 12x12 booklet
Smaller booklet attached to the box

Condition:

Corners have very minor wear. There is also some seam wear to one of the top seams (see photos above). Arrived to me like this from the UK, not bad, I feel this is a design flaw, common in other sets.
