Description

Ultra rare Irene & Mavis 7" single by Blancmange.  From my own personal collection and that I have had in my possession since 1981.  This was given to me by a friend who knew Neil Arthur and told me at the time that only 1000 copies had been pressed.

A question was once asked on Multi-Coloured Swap Shop to win some goodies as to what their 1st ever single was and not one person got it right!  Oh, if only I had answered at the time, but considered myself too old.

I have played the single - yes I do still have a record player - and the single plays more or less fine on side 1, but there are a few crackles, mainly between tracks on side 2 (featuring The Dave Clark Five side).
