JACKET CONDITION (LP):  VG+   * Original Jacket has NO cut out marks. Jacket has 2 scrapes on the back cover this is from how the EP was for some strange reason taped to the back cover on some pressings. See the 6th Picture as to how this was done.

BONUS "MOUNT VERNON AND FAIRWAY" 7" EP CONDITION:   Sleeve is VG+(with the same type of "Tape Scrape" on the side it was attached to the back cover) /  Vinyl is NEAR MINT

NOTES:  ORIGINAL 1972 1ST EDITION PRESSING CONTAINING THE BONUS 7" EP WITH PICTURE SLEEVE COMPOSED BY BRIAN WILSON. ALSO INCLUDES IT'S ORIG ISSUE LYRIC INSERT.
