CLEANED WITH Pro-Ject VC-S MkII Vacuum Record Cleaner.

1st PRESS (Without the 'Wreck' Miss-credit)

Released in October 1969, this Lp was the follow up to the hugely successful Zeppelin I... & what an album...Being the groups very first album to reach No. 1 in both the UK and the USA.

The album production was entirely credited to Jimmy Page.

(as a little note: In November of 1999 the album was certified 12X platinum!!)

VG visually, but VG(+) audio playback.

I have just gently cleaned her with a Pro-Ject VC-s MKII vacuum record cleaner and then listened to her all the way through...Foot stomping fun!

The bass is deep and rich and the highs are very enjoyable....TURN THIS BABY UP-I did!

Superb drums kicking in at the start-magical! And Ooooh, the escalation of the bass line on Ramble On is a pure joy to listen to..

Jimmy Pages guitar screams out on Whole Lotta Love!

There was some light background crackle-more evident in the break-down of the track Thank You and through the quieter sections of playback too...But she still screamed out with clarity in the bassy riffs and top high end. However, she does carry many light marks to the vinyl, but nothing to make her jump or skip.

FLAT as the day she was born.

I am only selling this one from my personal stock as I have too many copies now ;).

!!!!AS ZEPPELIN WANTED YOU TO HEAR THEM-with just some light and very brief original pops and crackle ;)!!!!

The Labels:

There are only a couple of incredibly light spindle marks evident when angled towards the light and really looking for them.

WOULD FRAME INCREDIBLY WELL.

LEMON SONG title...This was later removed by Peter Grant as he was fearful of being sued by Blind Lemon Jefferson.

'THANKYOU' spelt without the space...This was an oversight and was quickly rectified, so not many of these out there!

Original 1st printing lighter 'CHOCOLATE' coloured GATEFOLD cover but with some wear to her-Please see the pictures provided.

States "Lemon Song" in the sleeve track listing.

These covers are notorious for shelf wear and light ring wear, this one is no different.

It would still frame well but the spine carries a split and there is a fair amount of rubbing to the seams, and back panel-as can be seen in the images provided.

The Inner:

THIS BABY WOULD PUT A VERY LARGE SMILE ON ANY ROCK FAN!!!

THE COLLECTABLE ORANGE & PLUM LABELS -ALL HOUSED IN THE LIGHT CHOCOLATE GATEFOLD SLEEVE & ALL COMPLETE WITH THE ORIGINAL INNER TOO.
