Description
SMOKE AND PET FREE HOME.
This LP disc has been well kept; in great condition free of warping or scratches. The cover is slightly damaged. It has a rip across the front which has been covered in sellotape. My father queued for this LP on the first day of release in 1967; he is the only person who has owned the disc. Slight damage to the front of the cover; the rest of the cover is great condition.
Original UK Mono LP 1967.
The first pressing of Sgt. Pepper's was released in 1967 in both mono and stereo version with catalogue numbers PMC 7027 and PCS 7027 respectively. The records have the standard yellow block writing Parlophone label and the "All rights of the manufacturer" message around the edge of the label starts with "The Gramophone Co. Ltd.". The label displays the "Sold in the U.K." statement. Engraved on disc with code XEX673-1 on side 1 and XEX638-1 on side 2.
