Earliest TEXTURED labels with '33' not 33 1/3 on the label.

Released on August the 8th 1964, this was Dylans 4 album release. Reaching the 8th slot in the UK charts.
The album is full of Dylan classics like All I Really Want to Do, I shall be Free and It Ain't Me Babe.

I gave her a gentle vaccuum clean and then listened to both sides of the album...SUPERB :) It really took me back to the first time my Father turned me on to Dylan.
So..here's what I found...

The Vinyl:
VG+
Quality 157g slab of vinyl.
Just carries a few light marks to the vinyl...Nothing to make it jump, skip or stick. I hear a wonderfully clear audio for the majority, with the odd light and soft pop and some light background crackle...Which just added to the nostalgia for me.
FLAT as the day she was born.

The Labels:
EX+
The true 1st press TEXTURED labels with the speed of '33' to the label, rather than the corrected, later, 33 1/3 on the labels.
Just a small handfull of very light spindle marks-only noticed when angled towards the light and looking fot them. On side 1 I noticed 3 light water drops to the label-not particularly noticeable: Please see the detailed images for yourselves and you will see how critical I am being.

The Sleeve:
VG+/EX
Perfectly intact-with the front laminate in great shape.
The only points of note are the light foxing due to age-that is all.
The spine is wonderfully strong, free from rubbing and remains legible.
NO WRITING
NO SPLITS

The Inner:
VG.
It is THE ORIGINAL CBS advertising inner with a large advert for Tony Bennet to one side and a lot more smaller adverts for him on the other side in a sepia colour.
MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN
Split to the bottom seam.

SO FOLKS-HERE'S AN ORIGINAL 1ST PRESSING OF A CLASSIC ALBUM-ALL COMPLETE AND STILL SOUNDS AS GREAT TODAY AS IT DID WHEN BORN IN '64!
