Tax Stamp:
On side 1 within the circle that is stamped around the spindle hole are the letters "K" and "T," one on each side of the spindle hole.
A record with a "G" stamper such as this one, this letter indicates that the record was made from the first stamper.
This album is complete with it’s original inner sleeve which futures 16 album cover prints on each side, Herman’s Hermits, The Hollies, Cilla Black, Paul Jones, to name a few.
This inner sleeve is in Very good to ex condition with just a few creases in it.
The outer sleeve again is in very good ++ , it is nice and clean both back and front, with no marks, tears, peeling, the Pink Floyd on the spine is still fully readable, and this album is the one that has the FILE UNDER POPULAR MUSIC missing from the reverse side.
The front cover with the Kaleidoscope picture of the band with "PINK FLOYD" at bottom. EMI logo in upper left corner. Laminated flipback cover, designed by the late Syd Barrett, still retains it’s glossy shine with very very little marking or creasing to it.
The only thing I can fault with this sleeve is a slight amount of waviness towards the opening.
again the complete outer sleeve remains very clean and tidy.
The vinyl is excellent.
The labels on both the A & B side remain undamaged and free from marks, stickers, writing, just the very faintest spindle wear if you can detect it.
The playing surface has only the slightest of surface marking from nothing other than removal from it’s sleeve.
All together I grade this album as EXCELLENT ++.
