1st press UK Vertigo 1970 Black Sabbath LP original gatefold Ozzy debut album

Description

This is the very first UK pressing, as indicated by the "copyright subsists for all Stereo (instead of Vertigo) recordings" misprint in the gatefold, and the "Philips Record Product" tagline on the label.

As seen in the photos, there are some wide marks on the vinyl that are very visible, but they're just surface scuffs that don't cause any ticks. I've graded the vinyl G+ due to its appearance, but it plays VG with just some surface crackle that doesn't overpower the music. The surface noise is most audible in Sleeping Village. Some other quiet parts have hardly any crackle.

The jacket has a shop sticker and tiny peel on the front, and a small name in ballpoint on the back.
