Any damage or discrepancy to the contents of the package, or the vinyl itself, must be taken up with the MANUFACTURER. The larger the manufacturer, the more persistent you have to be in regards to getting a replacement - I suggest doing so as calmly and politely as possible, while taking and sending pictures of the damage (I have gotten multiple replacements sent to me this way).

Any damage to the record/jacket due to shipping must be taken up with the POST OFFICE. In order to file a claim with the post office, you need to keep the original packaging and take as many pictures as possible (before and after opening the package). Again, be calm and polite, but persistent.
