Description

Two 12" 78rpm recordings pressed by Gennett circa 1923 for the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity on the Fraternity label of the Fraternity Record Company of Plymouth, Indiana, "Official Publishers of Records and Sheet Music for the Leading Fraternities and Sororities".


Fraternity 583 - Shannon Quartet - Initiation Ode, Io Triumphe / Phi Marching Song

Fraternity Unnumbered Single Sided  - Shannon Quartet - Favorite Deke Songs (Note - one side of this record has silent grooves and no label,  assumedly intentionally - see photo).


Acoustically recorded. Both records are in Excellent condition, very clean copies, play very well, just a few light surface marks and light play wear.  There is a very minor edge chip on the "Phi Marching Song" side that does not affect play. Labels are very clean and bright (see photos).
