Description
This is a lot consisting of TWO 1955 U.S. ISSUE RCA VICTOR RECORDS 45s containing four historic early Elvis Presley tunes that were originally issued by Sun Records. After RCA Victor purchased Elvis' contract from Sam Philllps at Sun Records the first thing they did was to reissue all five of Elvis' original Sun 45s; the 45s on offer here are 1955 first RCA Victor pressings. Both records come packaged in their original stock RCA Victor company sleeves. Details are as follows:
1) GOOD ROCKIN' TONIGHT / I DON'T CARE IF THE SUN DON'T SHINE - RCA Victor 47-6381
2) MILKCOW BLUES BOOGIE / YOU'RE A HEARTBREAKER - RCA Victor 47-6382
Condition of both records is VG with a fair amount of visible surface marks and one or two light surface scratches that can barely be felt - Both records play nicely with some light crackly surface noise, no skips. Labels have a little contact wear and a little wear around their center holes. RCA Victor stock company sleeves have some wrinkles and wear around the edges, one sleeve has a very small split in the middle of one side edge.
