Description

This is a set consisting of TWO 1972 RCA ALUMINUM ACETATE TEST PRESSINGS containing four Frank Sinatra tracks dating from 1942 which were reissued on RCA Gold Standard 45s in 1972 and 1973.  These two acetate test pressings are being sold as a set because each acetate contains one song from each of the two different Gold Standard 45s - The two regular issue Gold Standard 45s containing this material are as follows:
1)  RCA 447-0928 - The Night We Called It A Day / Night And Day
2)  RCA 447-0929 - The Song Is You / The Lamplighter's Serenade
Information from each acetate label is as follows:
1)  BPKM-7170-1 - 447-0928 - The Night...- Sinatra / BPKM-7171-1 - 447-0929 - The Song Is You - S.
2)  BPKM-7169-1 - 447-0928 - Night & Day - S. / BPKM-7172-1 - 447-0929 - Lamplighter's Serenade - Sinatra
