Side A:      Help Me Understand / Too Many Parties (And Too Many Pals)
Side B:      Pictures From Life's Other Side / Men With Broken Hearts
Vinyl VG+ looks great but has some light lines and marks.
Sleeve VG+ looks nice but has some edge scuffs. There are no tears, splits or writing.

Sleeve VG looks nice but has some edge scuffs, a split on the bottom at open end, & a little light writing on the back.  There are no tears.
