Here is a extremely rare pair of vintage four disc 10" 78 RPM singles in their original book fold jackets by THE DEEP RIVER BOYS singing "Spirituals & Jubilees". These early Americana 4 record album sets were released in 1946 on Pilotone records 118 & 119, most of the records are breathtakingly clean & free of wear! Great songs of hope and inspiration still sound great as ever! Songs include: Swing low sweet chariot, Oh freedom, I'm trampin',Git on board little children, Go down Moses, We are walking in the light, All God's chillun got shoes, and more! 7 records grade EX! only a hint of sleevewear. The "Swing low.." disc has a feelable mark on both sides but plays through with only a couple of pops. I'll rate this one record Good. Each has been PLAY TESTED! All play great from start to finish! Very enjoyable listening 78's!. The blue and gold labels are in excellent condition! No spindle wear is noted! Outstanding! The 4 leaf book style jackets are in great shape with no rips or tears,Binders intact with only light wear. Great color, no writing or signatures!
