Description
This is a pair of wonderful old 45 rpm albums featuring Helen Ward with the Percy Faith Orchestra. These are rare 45 rpm extended play records with four songs on each record. Each cover jacket has a photo of Helen Ward on the front and an extensive history of her career on the back.
Record One – B-1798 – ZEP 15191 and ZEP 15194:
It’s Been So Long – It’s Been So Long, You Brought a New Kind of Love To Me, It All Depends On You, and Nice Work If You Can Get It.
Record Two – B-1799 - ZEP 15193 and ZEP 15192:
Helen Ward – You’re Mine, I’m Nobody’s Baby, Same Old Moon and When You Make Love to Me (Don’t Make Believe).
Condition:
The record is in near new condition, it looks like it was never played or removed from the sleeve.
The cardboard jacket/sleeve is in very good condition with minor surface dirt and signs of wear as can be seen in the photo. Overall they are in remarkable condition considering they are almost 60 years old.
There is no date on the sleeve or the record, but based upon what is written on the back of the jacket I am assuming it is from her 1953 tour.
