2 LPs by the great blues guitarist Magic Sam. One is Delmark DS-615--West Side Soul and the other is his second album on Delmark DS-620---Black Magic. The vinyl is practically mint--played once or twice at most. The covers are pretty good--West Side Soul has a little ring wear and slight corner wear. Black Magic has a water stain on the back and it shows slightly on front, too. As you can see from the pics, it's really not that noticeable. The vinyl was not affected. Black Magic jacket was made in Canada and it's glossy like an English import. When you hold it up to the light it looks like someone doodled and had the album cover underneath the paper--it's hard to explain but in any event, you don't notice unless you hold it a certain way---and I tried but it doesn't even show up in the picture at all I don't think. I wouldn't mention it but some folks are real sticklers. Anyway, these are great blues and a blues collection without these 2 albums is woefully incomplete. I would never sell but for the fact I have the originals.By the way, the address on the reissue Delmarks is 4243 N. Lincoln, Chicago on both album cover and record label. The original has 7 West Grand, Chicago on the cover and the vinyl. I've seen original covers being sold with reissue vinyl so be warned.
