Description
This is a set of two New and Sealed LPs by Beast from 1969 & 1970.
The first is on Cotillion Records SD 9012 from 1969. It was produced by Norman Petty at Norman Petty Studios and features Bob Yeazel on guitar, who would later go on to play and sing with Sugarloaf and other bands. It also features Kenny Passarelli who would go on to be a founding member of Barnstorm with Joe Walsh, The Elton John Band, Dan Fogelberg, Stephen Stills, Cat Stevens and several others. This is a great album with a mixture of several types of music but is mainly psychedelic.
The second is their follow-up LP from 1970 on Evolution Records 2017 from 1970. It is often times referred to as Higher & Higher. It was also produced by Norman Petty at Norman Petty Studios and also features Bob Yeazel on guitar. Both albums have David Raines and Bob Yeazel sharing lead vocals.
