Description
Here are TWO classic Cream albums from my collection offered up for sale: Both records are Atco first pressings with the two tone labels, both records are play worthy classics! This music is featuring Eric Clapton's fantastic guitar work with Ginger Baker and the late great Jack Bruce.
FIRST, The original 1967 pressing of "DISRAELI GEARS" album released on ATCO records 33 232 Stereo. Record grades VG+/EX, is clean and glossy, side two rates EX and has only a couple faint marks, side one rates VG+, has a few more, light marks, nothing heavy, has been PLAY TESTED! Both sides play great with excellent sound quality, minimal surface noise, a very enjoyable listen! The cover rates EX, has great colors, clean and bright, minimal edge wear, no splits, no tape, binder edge is readable, no signatures or writing and minimal ring wear! The inner sleeve is clean and bright, center split neatly repaired with non-yellowing tape.
PLUS, the original 1967 pressing of "Fresh Cream" their debut album than shook the world! Released on Atco records SD 33-206 Stereo.
The vinyl grades VG/VG+, is clean and glossy, side one rates VG has only a couple light marks but has one more moderate needle mark, side two rates VG+, has some faint sleeve marks and a couple small light marks, has been PLAY TESTED! Both sides play great with very good sound quality, only a bit of light surface noise, no skips, no jumps, a very enjoyable listen! Has the acclaimed mastering symbol "cirled MR" in the deadwax , cool! One of the labels has a signature. The cover rates only VG/VG+, has only light edge wear and all are solid, bottom seam had center split neatly repaired with glue (unnoticeable), binder edge is EX and readable, has corner wear/bump, front has light ring wear but portrait of band still decent, back has faint spot stains and some purple marker, (all text readable), no signatures (see all photos). The inner sleeve is clean and bright, center splits neatly repaired with non-yellowing tape.
