Here are TWO vintage lp albums from my collection up for sale:  The legendary and one and only Buddy Holly and The Crickets, their albums "The Buddy Holly Story" and "The Buddy Holly Story Vol.II", these are scarce 1st pressings the original maroon label with silver print! The vintage rigid records has been well loved & well cared for, still play worthy "holy grail" albums and a must for any serious collector! With these two LP's you get Buddy Holly and The Crickets performing all their hit songs including smash hits Peggy Sue, That'll Be The Day, Maybe Baby, Everyday, Raining In My Heart, Oh Boy plus, Peggy Sue got married, Well alright, What to do, Bobby Darin's "Now we're one", "Crying waiting hoping (covered by the Beatles in their Hamburg days) "True Love Ways", "Moondreams" and MORE! 
FIRST: The 1959 album "The Buddy Holly Story",  released in 1959 CL 57279 (mono). The vinyl rates VG+, is clean and glossy, has some light marks on both sides, one small more moderate mark, has been PLAY TESTED! Plays from start to finish with excellent sound quality, minimal surface noise, a very enjoyable listen! (see photo). The cover rates VG/VG+, nice portrait of Buddy, minimal ring wear, two partial splits neatly repaired with clear tape (barely noticeable), binder edge is readable, has pen signature at top, stain near opening, still a decent 56 year old cover (see all photos). Includes vintage Coral inner sleeve, clean, has edge wear.
PLUS: The 1960 album "The Buddy Holly Story Vol.II", vinyl rates respectable VG+, is clean and has a super looking gloss, has some light marks on both sides but nothing heavy, has been PLAY TESTED! Plays from start to finish with very good sound quality, minimal surface noise,  very enjoyable listen! 1st press labels look great (see photo). Includes the vintage color Coral inner sleeve! The cover rates VG+, front is clean with nice portrait of Buddy, has what looks to be the original price tag in upper corner, Front cover has great color, has no splits but upper seam has been neatly repaired with clear tape (barely noticeable), binder edge is EX & readable, the back has small signature on back otherwise very clean!! (see all photos).
