2 OFS Unlimited "Mr. Kidneys" 45 RPM Records





This auction features a pair of rare 45 RPM records from the funk/soul band OFS Unlimited with the songs "Mister Kidneys" (side 1) and "Mistic" (side 2). 

These records have the Prix records label, dated 1972, produced by Harmonic Sounds (Columbus, Ohio). This was the first single for this short lived band. It is highly regarded among collectors for its heavy funk sound.

These records are in excellent condition. They are very clean with no scratches and appear to be unplayed. The inner part of some of the labels was cut a little rough as is normal on most of the OFS Unlimited records that I have seen for sale. It is believed that these particular records were owned by someone who worked for the Harmonic Sounds company (perhaps promotional copies that were never given out).
