Up for offer is this wonderful look into the world of a WWII soldier by way of their voice o graph recordings sent home to Louisiana from the USO center in St Louis in 1944. There are 2 separate records and it’s tough to tell if it’s the same soldier or not. The second record with the USO CLUB label has the soldier describing his day as starting out at church. Good boy! The first record has the soldier speaking about his career ambitions. As the video shows there is lots of surface noise but most, if not all, of the narration can be understood. Happy reminiscing.

Measurements: These are 6” 78 RPM records.

Condition: These are in vintage used condition with wear consistent with age, use, storage, & production, as shown, including surface scuffs and a few skips maybe.
