2 Rolling Stones LPs SOME GIRLS & STICKY FINGERS ORIG COVERS Bonus: MISS YOU 45

This auction is for a trio of Rolling Stones records that I got around the time they were released, and have kept in my collection ever since (over three decades!).

The LP covers are in excellent condition, as are the inner sleeves except for a little tear at the very bottom of 'Some Girls', where the disc drops onto when inserted (pictured close-up here).

The Sticky Fingers cover is in excellent condition.  It's an original copy with a real working zipper, which has never been pulled down.  Most copies of this original cover have been opened, in order to examine the underwear pictured underneath it.  THIS ONE HASN'T BEEN MOVED.  Later pressings have a photo of a zipper insread of a real one. The disc is in VG plus condition, with just a couple of small marks. 

The Some Girls Cover is alo the original copy, which contains pictures of famous movie/TV stars, many of whom objected to the use of their faces, which resulted in the cover art being pulled and new images being substitited.  The disc has handling marks/wear and a couple of small scratches on side two, but is in good and playable condition and should be quite enjoyable.

The bonus 45 that I am including with the purchase is a picture sleeve 45 RPM single of the song "Miss You" b/w 'Far Away Eyes'.  Like the LP, the sleeve is in better condition than the disc (only a small tear at the very bottom where the disc drops onto when inserted.  It's pictured close-up here).  The 45 has been played many times and shows some wear.  It has NO CRACKS or scratches though.

Sticky Fingers is the 1th American studio album by English rock band The Rolling Stones, released in April 1971. It is the band's first album of the 1970s and its first release on the band's newly formed label, Rolling Stones Records, after having been contracted since 1963 with Decca Records in the UK and London Records in the US. It is also Mick Taylor's first full-length appearance on a Rolling Stones album, the first Rolling Stones album not to feature any contributions from guitarist and founder Brian Jones and the first one on which Mick Jagger is credited with playing guitar.

The album is often regarded as one of the Stones' best, containing songs such as the chart-topping "Brown Sugar" and the folk-influenced "Wild Horses", and achieving triple platinum certification in the US.

Some Girls is the 16th American studio album by The Rolling Stones, released in 1978 on Rolling Stones Records, catalogue COC 39108.
