Description
Very hard to find factory recorded stacked 2 track reel to reel tape from The Gerald Wiggins Trio “In My Stereoldsmobile” (Stereotape 16, 7 ½ IPS). This rare 1950s modern jazz tape features Gerald Wiggins (piano), Eugene Wright (bass) and Bill Douglass (drums).
The tracklist is: In My Merry Oldsmobile/Three O’clock In The Morning/Oh, You Beautiful Doll/I Used To Love You/Dear Old Girl/Trail Of The Lonesome Pine/Ma, She’s Making Eyes At Me/That Old Gang Of Mine/They Wouldn’t Believe Me.
I play tested the tape and it sounds great. The box shows just some light wear and aging with clear graphics and liner notes. There is one small tear and one small split and is in exellent condition for a 50 year old item.
