From a local estate sale - two vintage 10" Haitian records on the "La Belle Creole" record label from Port-au-Prince in the 1950s. 33 1/3, long-playing records. Vinyl is well-protected in original glassine sleeves and is in VG+ condition - very sharp and glossy with a few very light surface scuffs. Both play very nice: clean and clear with a few very light clicks - mostly on the outer tracks. "The Cabane Choucoune Ensemble" record has one skip on one track, even though otherwise fairly quiet. It also has a noticeable click on track 1 of side 2.

I'm proud to offer lower shipping options on my auctions such as Media Rate and Parcel Post. As a buyer, I like having the option of saving money as a trade-off for delivery speed. I encourage you to use these options as well. However, I would ask you to be patient if selecting Media Mail or Parcel Post. I will ship within one or two days of payment, but once it gets to the Post Office it's out of my hands. The U.S. Postal Service states that Media and Parcel packages can take up to 8 working days for delivery, and I've found that this is sometimes true, especially for my East Coast customers. Usually it is faster than this though.
Also, if you prefer PRIORITY Shipping and the rate you are quoted is higher than $8.95, please contact me before paying. It may be that your item is small enough to fit in a Priority Flat Rate box, and I can save you money.
