Genesis Of The Daleks
Demon Records are proud to present the 2016 Vinyl Reissue of "Doctor Who: Genesis Of The Daleks".
This was one of the first true Doctor Who Audio adventures, a condensed soundtrack version of the TV episode with Tom Baker (Doctor Who) brought in specially to do the bridging narration. Listen as Doctor Who travels to the desolate planet Skaro where he has been brought by the Time Lord to avert the creation of the Daleks.
This exclusive Record Store Day release is pressed on 180 gram heavyweight ‘70s "Tardis Blue" coloured vinyl. This highly collectable reissue features one of the most dramatic episodes in the show’s history and has been recreated with the original BBC Records artwork and accompanying sleeve notes.
Limited to 2500 copies, the record comes in a 'BBC Records & Tapes' generic inner sleeve.
Dr Who And The Daleks
Never before released on vinyl are these two lovingly restored soundtracks to the only big screen Doctor Who films ever made - the 1965 release DR. WHO AND THE DALEKS and 1966 DALEKS: INVASION EARTH 2150 A.D.
The music was composed by Malcom Lockyer (DR. WHO AND THE DALEKS) and Bill McGuffie (DALEKS: INVASION EARTH 2150 A.D.) with sections enhanced by electronic sounds created by Barry Gray, famed for his work with Gerry Anderson. The album also includes contemporary single releases and a gatefold sleeve featuring memorabilia, including the original poster artwork and detailed production notes.
Limited to 1500 individually numbered copies worldwide (this one is number 0673), only 750 of these were issued in the UK. It is also released on 2LP yellow vinyl.
Both records are brand new - unplayed, still sealed and in absolutely MINT condition!!
