2008 US issue from the Real Blue Note (A Capitol Pressing in the run out grooves of the debut from Joe HENDERSON: Page One. Vinyl ltd 180g Analogue LP & CD two disc package from a short lived series back then called The Treasures of Blue Note. Still one of the highlights of his wonderful discography, and for me one of the finest of all Blue note LPs. McCoy at the Piano, Kenny Dorham on trumpet in the quintet. I auditioned several versions before selecting this for my personal collection, which I am only now selling off to move house. To quote: Printed on the back cover of the LP :Mastered from the analog masters by Ron McMaster. ℗ © 2008 The Blue Note Label Group. Manufactured by The Blue Note Label Group Manufactured in the USA. Ron also mastered the CD, but the two separate masters are used for the two formats. My ethos is to offer you best sounding analogue only pressings of vintage records. Here is another beauty of that type. I offer massive postage subsidies to overseas buyers on multiple purchases. i.e £1 extra per lp to a maximum of £15, then no extra charge. We pack carefully in custom made hard card boxes. If the appearance or playgrade suggests it or requires it, records are cleaned on a wash and vac machine, using art du son fluid in distilled water. This is already in a new heavy poly outer with antistatic inners added with outer sleeve and records all layered behind each other to prevent splits.
