Deutsche Grammophon Digital Stereo 2741 006 Wagner Tristan Und Isolde Staatskapelle Dresden Carlos Kleiber 5LP Box Set with Margaret Price, Rene Kollo, Fischer-Dieskau, Fassbaender & Kurt Moll.
German pressings. I am pretty sure that these records have never been played - I don't remember ever playing them and visually they look perfect. They have not left their box since 1985 (deck has been in loft since then). There is some foxing on the inner sleeves and some on the outer (please see photo 5). Otherwise the box and libretto in very good condition.
This set was actually intended for Margaret Price - I worked with her manager back in early 1980s and she didn't want her copy so it came to me. As there is nothing to indicate this in the set (it arrived in a sealed state), it is not a selling point but simply a point of interest!
