Description
33rpm 3LP Box Set of 2741 013 Puccini TURANDOT, featuring Katia Ricciarelli, Placido Domingo, Barbara Hendricks and Ruggero Raimondi with the Vienna State Opera Chorus and the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Herbert von Karajan. It was issued on the stereo/digital Deutsche Grammophon label in 1982. German pressing. Includes booklet.
The records themselves are graded at least excellent, with no more than the odd light surface mark/hairline visible when viewed under normal house lighting. Play-tested on an audio-technica turntable. Superb sound quality, with just 6-8 soft tics across sides 3 and 4 - overall a near mint playback.
Minimal to no spindle wear. Labels clean. No discernible spider marks.
The box is graded excellent, is clean, intact and sturdy, with no significant wear. The inner sleeves and booklet also have no wear to speak of.
