Earliest type 2LP Box Audiophile TAS List Elgar: Caractacus 1st UK EMI SLS-998 Groves RLPO NM. Stereo 2 LP boxset made in England - Angel & dog in yellow labels as called for in a first of this. NM lps, NM booklet and NM- box (some light edge rubbing, no splits or dirt or pen, lid not dished). This title was recommended in HP's TAS list from the start, still there. The glorious recreation of pastoral English composing, with a fine Malverns view (as the artwork and as the scene setting of the lyrics), like we get from out Kitchen window!.
It is unlikely that a better pressing than this exists. I have played this throughout for a grading check and it is fully near mint in playback.
