Records are in EX condition visually. Play tested fine. Records has been cleaned ultrasonic with a HumminGuru cleaner. The cover does show some wear on the corners and there are some creases due to age but overall very nice. There is ring wear on the inside gatefold that can be seen.  See pictures.
There is a sharpie mark through the UPC symbol in the back meaning the record label marked this as a promo record. Same as the original but used for promotional purposes.
The records have been in temperature controlled storage for the last 20 years.  Part of a record store's inventory when the shop closed decades ago.  I'm not a professional and my ratings are purely subjective.  Please look at the pictures for reference. Feel free to ask for more pictures.
