Description
SXLP 20043, Beethoven's Violin Concerto featuring Alfredo Campoli, with John Pritchard conducting the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Two one-sided white label test pressings, with the matrix numbers 2 YEA 663 - 4 and 2 YEA 634 - 4. Each disc contains one side of the commercially released version.
Intriguingly, both inner sleeves include notes that document the stage in the production process that the discs represent. One inner sleeve includes a stamped and hand-written and dated note that reads:

These records come from the collection of a former music industry professional, which includes many other sample, test, and promo records.
Condition
- Visually, the records grade as near mint (NM), and they look stunning. I have not play tested the records because I'm not sure that they have ever been played before.
- The sleeve is in very good plus (VG+) condition, it has a couple of minor creases, light ring wear and a small split on the bottom edge immediately by the opening. The sleeve looks identical to the sleeve used in the commercial release.
- The records have been cleaned in an Okki Nokki professional record cleaner and placed in new anti-static inner sleeves (the originals are, of course, included).
- The records and sleeve are in a new heavy duty protective outer sleeve.
Delivery
Records are securely packaged in a strong Defendapack record mailer, and UK postage includes first class tracked delivery and insurance. Records are removed from the sleeve before packing to prevent splits.
I also offer local pick up in the East Sussex area.
