What you might decide to bid on here are 2 Japanese Pressed Vinyl Albums by Ratt who are an American heavy metal band that formed in San Diego and enjoyed significant commercial success in the 1980s. Both have Obi Strips, Inserts and Mint- Vinyl’s.

Obi Strip: A 70mm Wide Obi Strip. This is mainly a White Background with Red writing. This has a 7mm nick on the back right side 80mm from the top but no other Splits, Tears or seams coming undone, and there is some light humidity stains, but nothing serious. EX
Cover: The Original Heavy Card Cover. This has no tears, splits or coming undone at the seams. There is some very faint on the front. The Spine is standing proud. Ex+
Insert: One Original insert which is 1 page 2 sides long and this has the track listing and lyrics on in English and Japanese and some information in Japanese. This is in a very good condition with no rips, tears or splits. Also included is a survey card in Japanese.
Vinyl Condition: This feels like a heavy Vinyl when you handle it. This has no Scratches, Scuffs or Marks on it and shines still like glass. Mint-

Ratt is Ratt's first official release, originally released on the band's Time Coast label. The version of "Back for More" featured on this EP is an earlier recording than the one on the album Out of the Cellar. The European version also features an earlier recording of "You're in Trouble" as a bonus track, believed to feature Joey Cristofanilli on bass guitar. A cover of Rufus Thomas' "Walkin' the Dog" is also included, presumably as a nod to the 1973 Aerosmith version. It is also noted for the strong lead guitar presence of guitarist Robbin Crosby, whose trademark "blues with a twist" solos are prominent through the first four songs. An early version of "Tell the World" (which did not feature Blotzer or Croucier) was also featured on the compilation Metal Massacre, but was removed from later pressings. "U Got It" often opened the show circa '83-'84 and Pearcy did the same during his Nitronic 'Pure Hell' Tour in 2000.
In 1984, Atlantic Records remixed and re-released this EP following the success of Out of the Cellar. This reissue featured a glossier production mix to match the band's recent mainstream success, as well as an updated back cover photo of the band with a more pronounced Sunset Strip glam appearance. The original Time Coast version is quite rare on CD, (The Atlantic version being re-released on CD in 1989), and even now the re-release fetches prices upwards of $50.00 used, having been out of print for more than 15 years.
The legs on the front cover belong to Tawny Kitaen, the then-girlfriend of guitarist Crosby, later to pose on the cover of the band's 1984 album Out of the Cellar.

Obi Strip: A 51mm Wide Obi Strip. Mainly a Red Background with Black and White writing. This has no Rips, Tears, Creases or Seams coming undone, only a slight rub or two. EX++
Cover: The Original Heavy Card Cover. This has no tears, splits or coming undone at the seams. There is minimal shelf wear, on the rear was I guess a Sample Sticker which has been removed and coloured in with a black marker pen (See Picture), no real damage done. EX+
Inserts: Two Original inserts of which one is 2 pages 4 sides long in a gatefold fashion, this has pictures, the credits in English and the lyrics in Japanese and English. The second insert is 1 page 2 sides long this has a track listing in Japanese and English and some information in Japanese. These have no Tears, Splits or Creases.
Vinyl Condition: This feels like a heavy vinyl, it shines still like a new Vinyl and has no scratches, scuffs or marks on it. This has the White Promo Labels on each side; these are marked up in Japanese writing indicating, ??? Sample Version, ????(Article Was Not For Sale to the Public) and ?? (When On Sale). Mint-

Dancing Undercover is Ratt's third full length album. It was produced by Beau Hill. The album contained the hit single/video "Dance", as well as "Body Talk", which was used on the soundtrack for Eddie Murphy's film, The Golden Child, and the third release, "Slip of the Lip". It charted at #26 on Billboard's Album Chart and #14 on Rolling Stone's Album Chart. The album is certified Platinum.
Opening acts on this tour included Poison, Cinderella, Queensrÿche and Vinnie Vincent Invasion.
