Description
British hard rock/prog outfit Babe Ruth hit some great heights during their brief career, driven by the powerful vocals of Jennie Haan, and the inspired songwriting and guitar playing of Alan Shacklock.
This great value job lot of three of their Harvest albums captures many of their best moments.
Debut LP First Base with its ultra cool Roger Dean cover design, also includes the lyric insert and an original lined Harvest inner sleeve.
Sleeves range from VG+ to excellent, as does the vinyl.
A few hairlines and scuffs here and there but they all play well, and the green and yellow Harvest labels are in good shape.
Tempting start price – get bidding! A mercurial and underrated band.
Part of a collection I am downsizing – watch out for more great value bundles!
