Description

These three acetate one-sided singles contain Randy Newman singing and playing three of his songs which have never been commercially recorded. They are publisher demos to try to get artists interested in recording a song. Each one comes with sheet music with lyrics. The discs play lots of ticks, but the voice and piano are perfectly clear.

The discs are:
Marianne (copyright 1969)
Somebody Always Gets Hurt (copyright 1969)
Straight Up (copyright 1967)

NOTE: Acetates are cut directly from a lathe and are not meant to last forever. It is important to transfer these to tape or disc immediately for future listening.
