3 x Queen Rare 12” Singles + Freddie Mercury Album Nr Mint + Brian May Album.
3 Rare Queen 12” singles 2 in Ex Condition unfortunately one has damage to front because of bloody price stickers! (But the vinyl is Ex), Brian May & Friends The Star Fleet Project from 1983 his first solo album and Freddie Mercury’s 1985 solo album in absolutely brilliant condition.
01. Queen - Headlong/All God’s People/Mad The Swine (Remixed by Queen & David Richards) released 1991 on Parlophone Records as a 12” single with picture sleeve. The Sleeve is in Good General Condition no marks, scratches or ring wear & no split seams. The only small fault with the single is some creasing along the opening. Vinyl is in Ex Condition with no marks or scratches and the label is pristine no writing and no spindle wear around the hole.
02. Friends Will Be Friends (Extended Version)/Friends Will be Friends (Single Version)/Seven Seas of Rhye. One of the only if not the only single written by Freddie Mercury & John Deacon. Released in 1986 on EMI Records in Picture Sleeve with white inner sleeve containing wax paper (Like all albums had in the good old days) Sleeve in Ex Condition no rips, marks, writing, ring wear, splits or anything looks like it’s brand new not 35 years old, white inner sleeve in Ex Condition no creases or marks or finger marks again looks new, Vinyl in Ex Condition absolutely pristine I’ve just held it up to the light and there are no marks, scratches, finger marks or anything yep you’ve guessed it looks brand new this 12” could have been brought yesterday not 1986!
03. Who Wants To Live Forever (7” Version)/Who Wants To Live Forever (Album Version)/Killer Queen/Forever (Piano Version) now we go from a perfect sleeve to one that unfortunately has a couple of tears on the front due to bloody price stickers (also a tiny sticker mark on the other corner looks like from a price gun) I really hate any record shop or dealer of any kind that uses stickers that won’t come off easily without marking the sleeve (The Record & Tape Exchange in Notting Hill Gate is dreadful for this they sell some records that are hundreds of pounds and you get a sticker on it snd told to use lighter fuel to get it off! -sorry rant over) released in 1986 on EMI Records in picture sleeve and taken from the film Highlander. Sleeve as said in Good General Condition the back is fine no Marks or ring wear, creasing or writing but the front has these marks from price stickers. Vinyl in Ex/VG Condition the A Side has no marks or scratches nothing at all, the B side has some very light marks if held up to the light.
04. Brian May & Friends - The Star Fleet Project Mini Album released in 1983 on EMI Records. After Roger Taylor Brian May was the second member of Queen to release a solo album despite all the rubbish the Bio Pic Bohemian Rhapsody told you about Freddie leaving the band and being the first to do a solo album (great film I really enjoyed it but it was 50% rubbish when it came to the facts) This album is billed as not a Queen album, not a Brian May solo album more of an event but basically it’s Brian and some of his mates jamming and coming up with an album with 3 tracks on one track taking up a whole side (back to the days of early 70’s Pink Floyd?) Brian’s friends are: Edward Van Helen, Alan Gratzer, Phil Chen & Fred Mandel the albums theme was all the rage at the time after the success of the Star Wars films. Front & Back cover in Ex Condition no creases, rips or marks, printed inner sleeve in Ex Condition with just one mark on one side, no creases, rips or marks, Vinyl in Ex Condition no marks or scratches completely clean, the album will be 40 years old next year and is in really good condition. Track Listing;
Side One: Star Fleet /Let Me Out
Side Two: Blues Breaker (Dedicated To EC)
05. Freddie Mercury- Mr Bad Guy solo album released in 1985 on CBS Records. For an album that’s 36 years old this year this record is in amazing condition, I’ve actually got 4 copies of this (Don’t ask) and out of interest tonight I looked out 2 of the other ones and both of them have marks and finger marks on the white on the back cover and the inside sleeves are marked and dirty as you unfortunately get with white albums after a few decades but this copy has just one small fault there is a Mark near the top on the back right hand corner I think probably from a sticker. The rest of the cover is Ex no creases, no writing, no other marks. The inner sleeve is Ex Condition the picture of Freddie is pristine not one mark on it the colour is vibrant and bright and the Sheene is still on it and the white side with the lyrics is just the same not a mark no ring wear, no finger prints no nothing and the Vinyl looks as close to mint as your going to get on a second hand record, not one mark. This is really the best condition copy I’ve seen of this album in years. Includes the songs: Made In Heaven (Original Version this will of course be re recorded a decade later by Queen for their last album after Freddie died), I Was Born To Love You, Living On My Own (Original Version was remixed for the 1993 number one single), Let’s Turn It On, My Love Is Dangerous and much more.
If your a Queen fan and your even slightly tempted this is worth bidding on for the Freddie album and the Queen single Friends Will Be Friends both in amazing brand mint Condition brilliant for their age
Records will be posted within two working days of payment being received.
