As you can see by the picture, the label area is entirely blank.  The title information comes from a handwritten note on the sleeve which is not too clear.  I apologize if the title is not accurate, and would welcome any corrections.  The record itself is a late vinyl pressing from the original unpublished metal master.  It is in pristine condition and has no defects of any kind.  I'll grade it a 10 on a scale of 10.
