This is a CARDBOARD 33 1/3 rpm record. It is a promotional for the opening of the Polsky's Department Store
at Summit Mall in Akron. Ohio. It is not dated but I believe it to be in the 1970's.
It was sent out in an envelope mailer with an invitation card.
You will receive everything pictured.
PLEASE SEE PICTURE(S) FOR MORE DETAILS. Record will be packed in a BUBBLE ENVELOPE (with cardboard stiffener) and sent through the Post Office by First Class Mail
at a cost of $4.00.
