Description
As a passionate Bartok fan I collected Hungaroton's Complete Edition issued for Bela's centennial in 1981 and bought each of these new. Most of them have seen few if any plays. The Ditta Bartok Pastry plays Bartok is sealed. All are in Very Good+ condition or better and come complete with the original booklets inside, and the original plastic liners. "For Children" is a 2 Lp set and is shown opened. Each has had only one owner to date- me.
"Complete Edition" is the title of the series and appears at the top of each front cover. They were sold individually. I believe I wasn't able to find a couple of them, but not many, so this is most of the 1 and 2 Lp releases, but NOT the entire complete collection. It does include, however, most of his major works and a lot of his lesser known pieces across all the genres he worked in.

About my Vintage Vinyl- Every record I sell is part of my personal collection of 1,700 Jazz and 500 Classical albums carefully compiled over 30 years (between the late 1960’s through the 1990’s). Countless hours were spent scouring record stores, mostly in NYC, but also in South Florida. Sadly they’re all gone now. Most were bought new and have had 1 owner to date.
All records are visually graded. With so many records on hand, most saw few, if any plays. They have all been kept in a smoke & pet free climate controlled environment. I haven't cleaned them, preferring to leave that choice up to their new owner. Everything I sell is absolutely genuine in all respects. We never sell copies, knockoffs or counterfeits, nor do we reseal anything. Please ask all questions before bidding. This is a final sale.
